Terms of service

Effective 1 Aug 2024

  • The work contract becomes effective upon payment of the booking fee.
  • A £50 non-refundable deposit is required which is transferable at company discretion.
  • Prices are initially based on the images provided by the customer. However, these may vary upon further inspection on the day of service, particularly if the customer has misunderstood the scope of work quoted or if additional work is necessary.
  • Full payment is due upon completion of the work. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and we will make any necessary adjustments to ensure the work meets this standard.
  • We are not responsible for repairing any damage that existed before the start of the smart repair or any issues not identified during our pre- and post-assessment.
